Prerequisites (license, permissions, and role center) #

Before you begin using the solution, you must ensure that the following requirements are met:

Licens

  • A valid license for the product must be purchased from Microsoft AppSource.
  • The license must be assigned to all users who need access to the app’s features and pages.
  • Users who need access to the web approval module must be assigned a Business Central Team Member license.

Required Permission Sets

Users must be assigned one of the following permission sets in order to use the solution

  • D365 FULL ACCESS
  • D365 BUS FULL ACCESS
  • D365 BUS PREMIUM
  • D365 BASIC ISV
  • D365 BASIC
  • D365 TEAM MEMBER

Role Center

The user must be working in one of the following Role Centers to see the app’s Role Center activities and navigation elements:

  • External Accountant
  • Business Manager
